Floga Records are publishing an upcoming anthology of Sodom‘s demos on September 1st. Demonized compiles both the Witching Metal and Victims of Death demos onto one disc. It will be available on LP, cassette, CD jewel case, and CD digipak. Get the jewel case of course if you are a Sodom fanatic and In the Sign of Evil / Obsessed by Cruelty still was not filthy enough for you. Demonized may be pre-ordered here.

In The Sign of Evil still needs a spiffy reissue, OBC had a shit vinyl reissue with both versions I guess but no CD release. An ultimate fuck you to serious collectors in favor of trinket collectors who keep label/distro runners away from a car wash job and the bands homeless unless they work dayjobs. Isn’t that peculiar how that works, the label heads cry “there’s no money here!” all while making a living off selling boatloads of other bands albums. I’ve been to and slept in houses of some notable bands bandmemberers, they work shitty jobs and struggle for a monthly band practice. I’d like to see some of these label rockstars cut down a bit, it’s like last stop til the dumpster parasitism. Maybe I don’t know anything but there is something up with that.
There was a 2000 CD reissue of Persecution Mania and In The Sign Of Evil/ Obsessed By Cruelty.
The original CDs are still in print for almost all the Sodom albums. Agent Orange had a remaster but the tapes it came from were totally shot so now the original CD seems to be back in print. Same with the other bands on Steamhammer. Noise Records was the German label with terrible CDs and tons of issues for Kreator and Celtic Frost.
