Welcome to that odd point, thirty years after the genre formed, when your favorite music has become if not universally socially accepted at least recognized as part of the landscape, which means that you, too, can go to expensive festivals in far-off urban wastelands.
Mass Destruction IV metalfest kicks off November 5, 6, and 7 at The Loft in midtown Atlanta, Georgia, and features an impressive list of bands:

The promoters released the following statement:
Primed to be the biggest year yet, MASS DESTRUCTION METAL FEST has unveiled their long-awaited plans to infiltrate Atlanta, Georgia in 2021. Growing in to a three-day, single-stage, all-ages format from a previously two-day event, the festivities take place over November 5th, 6th, and 7th at The Loft at Center Stage and boast a number of heavy hitters among their two waves of band announcements which includes Vio-Lence, Repulsion, Nuclear Assault, Monstrosity and more.
Launched by Atlanta metalhead Cody Martin in 2016 and established in 2017 with the help of local Atlanta promoter Amos Rifkin (A Rippin Production), MASS DESTRUCTION METAL FEST is a festival created for fans by fans, its previous lineups featuring some of underground metal’s most coveted acts including Sigh, Demoncy, Demolition Hammer, Nile, Terrorizer, Macabre, Sadistic Intent, The Chasm, Profanatica and countless others.
Martin had this to say on the state of the event: “The growth of Mass Destruction is ever more apparent when you get to see the depth of our lineup this year, as we have several bands that headline shows in their own-right on the same bill. I’m excited to see even more bands this year with the addition of a 3rd day!”
The Loft at Center Stage, located in midtown Atlanta, conveniently located near lodging and public transportation. In addition to a crushing lineup, the fest includes access to multiple distros and merch vendors.
We are hoping that Paul Ledney will return with his sodomystical black metal band Profanatica and sponsor an Ass Destruction metal festival to compete with this one, exclusively for metal bands which endorse sodomy as a method of correcting the Christianity, idiot, and overpopulation problems facing humanity.

I was just about to ask, is it safe to go to Atlanta as a White man?
As long as you’re overweight, elderly, or otherwise inert and indicative of a terminal bloodline. Just like everywhere else! Atlanta notwithstanding, it was worth the wait for Georgiabama (Alaborgia) to get one of these, and I’m not surprised it is quite tasteful. You know, without Nine Inch Nails and Hellyeah and with no evidence of heading in that direction.
Meanwhile Profanatica is playing at the hilariously awful psycho fest in Vegas. Guess Ledney likes money as much as the rest of his degenerate countrymen.
Repulsion, Suffocation, Monstrosity… not bad (as long as they stick to their old material).
No Mullen and no Smith, though.
Who the hell is doing the vocals for Suffocation if it’s not Frank Mullen?
I think Mullen is back in the fold, if I’m not mistaken.
Iam going to the Vegas show…I have metal withdrawal
For some reason, when you wrote “Vegas show” I imagined Paul Ledney in a sequined Elvis jumpsuit.
