Merry Antichristmas!

Were you hoping for happy Christmas greetings? Of course not!

As you may know, many of us here walk the Left Hand Path which is the ancient understanding called “monism” in which power and morality are one, the Heavens operate like Earth, and the gods live among us in a world beyond symbolism where metaphor and pattern rule our days.

We are the ultimate minority — send us money and drugs — because we fall between the cracks of Abrahamic metaphysical dualism, materialistic/individualistic atheism, and libertarianism agnosticism. We are believers in the divine; however, it does not take a human form, but a cosmic one.

The end of year celebration, whether you call it Christmas or Jul or Eid or Black Friday, is a time for renewing the cycle of the year. We pass through death to life. This is an important lesson, because patterns repeat in infinite tiling throughout the cosmos.

Let us direct our thoughts to a year in which metal addresses civilization collapse once again, re-asserts a masculine mythological-historical philosophy, and rediscovers the meaning of life found in adventure toward power through the invisible order that unites all of existence.

Prost!

Gorgoroth’s “Antichrist” would be a good listen this time of year. Only missing the jingle bells.

Black metal has been blown way out of proportion, it’s really just about a few key releases (pick your poison). It’s like Hitchock movies, most of them are good, but really though, it’s all about Psycho and Vertigo, so, who cares about the rest!

    1. True of almost all genres, especially the strongest-willed ones. The good stuff rises and then the imitators take over, sort of like what happened to the Roman Empire.
