Influenced by the Northern kings DARKTHRONE, BATHORY and BURZUM, the French horde NEHËMAH plays cold and grim black metal that anybody liking the mentioned bands should appreciate. On this second opus, they have a certain personal touch, probably due to their sound but they managed to catch my attention among the incredible amount of bands trying to copy the famous "Northern sound". The CD also features a BATHORY cover as a ghost track ("woman of dark desires") and the video clip of the "in october nightshades" song featured on their demo (and first CD) "Light of a dead star". Black metal played with the spirit of the old days, heavily recommended !
