Bestial Warlust
Satan's Fist
[Independent]
Whew!! Not much room for breathing on this. After a single sforzando of
keyboard dissonance we are led into the brutal land of The Bestial Warlust.
Production on this promo is horrendous, and I think it does great things for
these guys. Vocals are characteristically vile and violent. The opening
riff on the first song absolutely kills. Everything here is very fast and
aggressive as we have come to expect. None of the tracks are named, so I
assume that either they are indigenous to this release, or that they were
later released under a track title; I don't know the band well enough to
really know.
Satan's Fist is a good reflection of Bestial Warlust in all manners
of speaking; violent, aharmonic, and oppressively atmospheric. The bad
production on this promo makes it all the more unique and worthy of tracking
down, as there is more of an underground BM feel to it rather than generic
brutality. Great playing as always. Check this one out.
