Whooa skullfuck me with black horror metal... I mean before I enjoyed Denial Of God's work, but when I recently got off my lazy bum and purchased this I was awestruck. How could something like this, be created in the otherwise extremely bland mindnumbingly idiotic danish pseudo-underground? This is sharp and aggressive without ever going over the limit, and always laced with a neat old school feel to it, so basically you get everything from Celtic Frost (in their glory days) to Mayhem (also in their glory days) fused into a single entity, like warsongs for the lunatics to gather by. This should be able to quench the voices of those who doubt and in the end it is nice to see a great release by this long standing band, although isn't it about time they do a full lenght? They've been at it for like 10 years or thereabouts. This just goes to show that even in a cesspool can you find a gem, and even Jewheart can release a killer album, it's a strange new world afterall.
