Chances are you know whom Iced Earth is, and to be honest, I really don’t get what is so great about them. Iced Earth is not bad, they just are nothing very special. Nothing in the music makes them stand out very much.

The album starts with a pretty good track, and has some good melody lines on some songs. Vocally the band doesn’t offer too much, though the singer is not atrocious like many other people are. One thing that is good about this album is the thick guitar sound. Well that is really all I have to say about this album, no stand out tracks here. If you can appreciate an album solely on the basis of production, you may want to give this album a spin, but production isn’t satisfying on its own for me.
