I'm sorry, but this CD is fucking killer. Don't get me wrong, I hate all new Emperor material with a MOTHERFUCKING passion, but this CD is one exceptional bright spot in their entire career. It's very experimental, mostly. Basically Emperor covering Thorns tracks, etc. Satyr is doing the vocals for the Thorns tracks, and is surprisingly good. Maybe imagine what Satyricon "might" have sounded like if they hadn't decided to start a cock-licking empire. I dunno, I like this CD. I'd say check it out, if you're in for something different, but not totally flaming.
