This is Mayhem's Second full length studio album and what can i say?. I've had this for ages and still find it difficult to listen to this shit for more then a track or two. It's safe to say there's not a good track on the whole album. Actually forget that, the blank track's pretty good. Seriously though there isn't a memorable riff at all, vocals are worse then usual (Gay spoken parts with Maniac's pathetic scream). Drumming is good but not as great as people make it out to be, and bass?, who cares?. The track listing is moronic the band photo's that came out when this was released are fucking disturbing and the militaristic theme of the whole album is quite sad. I've seen fag after fag give this a perfect score or close to and I wasn't about to start giving scores but I'll make an exception.
