*yawn* MACTATUS come from Norway, MACTATUS wear corpsepaint and MACTATUS sing about evil, satanic, pagan trolls in the evergrim northern forests of blackmight. Need I say more?

The sad fact about this album is: we've all heard it before. There's nothing new in this. It features 6 guys with really cheesy corpsepaint playing yer typical melodic black metal.

As to the so-called originalities of this band; on track no 3 some slut was recruited to take care of the vocals.

The sound-quality is good and all, but the music simply puts me to sleep... No originality, no ambition, just boring and monotonous black metal.

The only point during which I usually wake up during the album is the beginning of the fifth song "En Trone Vevd av Tid" because the keys are overly operatic. (Probably copied from some satanic teenie movie).

The whole album is just a weak and boring effort from these weekend-satanists and the inlay booklet featuring pics of 6 fat norwegians can be used for blowing your nose, wiping your ass or even transformed into one of those puke bags you can find on airplanes.
