Well, the first full-length of MARDUK sounds no different than all the Swedish death metal emerging around that time. Imagine a slightly faster DISMEMBER or (early) ENTOMBED with lousy black metal vocals and you have "Dark Endless". Surprising the album after this ("Those Of The Unlight") was their strongest effort to date (not to mention it's black metal and not death metal!). For early "Swedish" styled death metal fans and MARDUK die-hards (although they probably have this already!) only. Otherwise this is a huge waste of plastic!
