BLEAK cover art - a nice close-up of a pair of slit wrists. I've been looking for this CD forever, and was more than happy to pass up the new Seth for it. It's ten minutes long though, which makes me feel ripped off. No label should ever feel the need to print a ten minute CD, unless for promotional reasons, when it could nicely fit on a 7".

And the music is rather uninteresting at the same time. Plonk, plonk, plonk - what a brilliant waste of time and money on my part! If I wanted to drive through a wall of dirt and an unthinkable speed, I would! I just don't need a crap band to make me feel like I am. "Obscure Thoughts" hardly lives up to its name. Rather, listening to it reminds me of that awful feeling you would get as a kid doing somersaults underwater - hardly obscure in my opinion.
