I've heard a couple of these black thrash riffs before, but I don't know where. Either way, some theft can be overlooked for the energetic metal given to us by Battle. Production is grim and thin, and somehow works for the rough nature of Battle's thrash. Not quite up to par (in my opinion) as Desaster or Aura Noir, but Battle play a similar style cleanly and quickly. If you like thrash and can forgive some riff lifting, you'll probably like Battle.
