Equinox plays old school blackened death metal. They sound like a mix of a JL America band and a Greek black metal band - mixing less than stellar riffing skills with atypical chord choices that are interesting and seemingly never ending. In a word, "this is awesome." (teehee). I like this old school crap, some of it is literally crap *COUGHoatlord*, but this is great with its cheesy velvet capes, occult lyrics, and scary heavy death metal riffs. Production is clean and thick thanks to Morrisound Studios.
