Um, fast as hell Swedish black metal. Again, trem picked 5 or 6 string minor chords make up most of the music, but I feel that this disc has some very tasteful choices in chord progressions. Also, the vocals are a little raspier, which gives the songs more of a misanthropic feel than the simply mystical feel of their previous releases. Also added are some long needed dynamic ideas, not often, but they're there. Hopefully, Dark Funeral will throw in a bit more in future releases, because of all their releases, I believe this one is my favorite simply because of its (rare) dynamic moments and some cooler chord progressions.
