I think that "guy" from that 80's pop band that had that song that went ".you spin me right round baby right round . ." started a new "band". Not that Deviate Damaen sounds like them, but the "dude" in the inserts looks awfully like "him." Indeed, this disc is spooky experimental gothic with a touch of pop . . so, avoid it as if it were a fireplace poker burning with the intense heat of a thousand suns that has a maniacal passion to enter your posterior.
