I was quite puzzled by this CD as I before had heard their pretty good demo, which seemed to be some of black/dark metal type thing, but this is more some weird melange of gothic melodeath doom and heavy metal. And although I usually do not appreciate this type of thing, Evemaster manages to pull it off quite convincingly, perhaps because of the quite intricate riffs that seem quite unusual. I think they could be compared to Denmark's Aurora, and the a bit more known German Evereve, but Evemaster surely holds their own I should say. If you find the aforementioned bands interesting, I should think that you'd appreciate this, I know I do.
