Right off the bat there is a noticeable difference with the production, like some cash was put into it (pocket change?). Immediately I'm taken a back. Man what a difference. The guitar is way more upfront. It is more powerful and more violent. Though I must admit that I prefer their sparse sound of past recordings a lot more. Still this is a very decent release and as always the lyrics are great. Best songs are 'Black Power Of Shaman' and 'A Great Revolt'. The Venom aspect is still there but it less noticeable than in the past.
