A good, RAW AS FUCK swedish black metal band?!?!?!? Yes indeed!! I was just as surprised to hear this as all of you will be when you read this review.. but this is top notch, raw, evil black metal at its fucking best!!! He (one man band) combines Darkthrone, Graveland and bands of that sort with sounds of nature (owls hooting, thunderstorms, shit like that), and a touch of his own style to create a menacing atmosphere!! This is faster and heavier than most raw discs, but it works just as well.. Guitars are top notch, going from Darkthrone-esque riffs, to almost death metal type crunchy riffs, and done originally enough to please any fan of hateful black metal! Bass guitar is deep, and in the background, giving a rumbling charge to the music.. drumming is very good, doesn't miss a beat, and has a very good snare drum sound! (something that lacks in a lot of black metal).. vocals are heavily rasped, done extremely well.. except for the echo effect does tend to get annoying.. the atmosphere this album gives off is incredible!! Just as good as any other out there.. extremely violent, hateful black metal performed at its best, go get this now!!
