The first effort from TITD boasts an impressive range of influences, from guitar rock to hardcore to metal, which makes it difficult to categorize the band. With a sound of their own, TITD create a unique hybrid that wonders on the outskirts of the above mentioned genres without any seeming need to fit in. Its intrinsic drive is further emphasized by the band's avant-garde tendencies and general weirdness possibly inspired by Melvins. Good stuff.
