It rumbles with downtuned guitars and occasional keyboards. Sort of a brand of progressive death. It has gloom, melody, a bit of grind with some ambience to boot. The vocalist has a deep rough voice that kind of adds to the heaviness of Tales From A Thousand Lakes. A decent release but all this Thousand Lakes business just makes me want to go fishing. Maybe I can get me some Red Snapper with my trusty rod (HAHAHA!!!).
