Impaled Nazarene
Ugra-Karma
[Osmose]

Blasphemic, irreverent and joyful is this piece of work from Finnish legend Impaled Nazarene. Slashing and crashing, fucking fast blast and really overt lyrics make this a fun friend to meet. In the wandering spirit of the early 90's rebellion against the commercialization of heavy metal and death metal, these guys fuse into one another elements from basic punk rock, sadistic bloody terror rituals and true northern black metal. Cyberindustrial as such is given an approach too here, and thinking of songtitles like 'Chaosgoat Law'; methinks there has been a return to this kind of futurism in the last years, the change of the millennium, Norwegians with their Zyklon project, in Poland Behemoth doing the same thing.
