Ebonsight can obviously be compared to the legendary death metal band Mythic, not due to their musical style (this is black metal), but because the group contains no male members (well, on the first demo at least). Sadly enough, the band have decided to use a male vocalist for this release (well, at least it better be a man, if not than..WOW) and have lost some of the original qualities they contained in exchange for a better sound (if that makes any sense). Yes, this demo is superior to the first release "The Ocean Ebon" but the originality of hearing a screeching voice with obvious female characteristics has been lost, and has thus taken away from the atmosphere once created. There's nothing wrong with this, it's above average grinding black metal done at fairly fast paces, filled with morbid keyboards, and a very croaking (sounds like a frog is been tortured, quite nice actually) new vocalist. Decent I suppose, but not worth tracking down due to it's generic qualities.
